Job description

Position: Clarity PPM - Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Description:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with Minimum 12+ Years of experience in IT.
  • Having Strong understanding of Clarity PPM project lifecycle management, capacity management, financial and time management.
  • Experience with Clarity PPM configuration including object design, studio customization and workflow development
  • Knowledge of PPM integrations with third-party tools like JIRA, SAP or ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with clarity SaaS/on-premise upgrades and migration activities.
  • The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementation
  • Works closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hours
  • Requirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to execute
  • Supports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hours
  • Manages change and release management activities
  • Suggests and facilitate process improvements Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testing
  • Conducts user training (on-need basis)
