Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP OTC and Logistics Functional architect to spearhead the implementation of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying the SD module to enhance our sales, distribution, and returns management processes.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with sales, customer service, distribution, and logistics stakeholders.
* Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP SD and Logistics solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.
* Configure and customize core SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing (Invoicing), Intercompany, Consignment, Reverse Logistics, Shipping, Credit Management, and Master Data.
* Configure and integrate key logistics components, including Delivery Processing, Transportation Management (TM) within S/4HANA, and basic Warehouse Management (WM) concepts.
* Design and configure cross-company sales, inter-company billing, and inter-company stock transfers to ensure proper financial postings and streamlined operations.
* Architect solutions for consignment stock processing, including consignment fill-up, issues, returns, and billing, optimizing inventory visibility and management.
* Integrate and configure functionalities related to export controls, sanctions, licenses, and legal regulations, potentially leveraging a Global Trade compliance system.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA SD, with strong focus on supply chain integration, inter and intra company scenarios, logistics integration, returns management and reverse logistics.
- Deep knowledge of S/4HANA sales, distribution, BOM, and returns - order management, pricing, delivery, and credit/debit memo processing.
- Strong grasp of SAP SD integration with MM, FI, LE, and trade compliance.
- Experience architecting partner EDI (850, 855, 856, 867, 940, 945, 810) for POs, PO changes, ASN, warehouse shipping, inventory movements, and invoicing.
- Experience in FI integration with A/R, credit management, and FI reconciliation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience in implementing SAP S/4 HANA OTC module with Advanced Returns Management, Advanced Inter-company processes.
- Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and third-party logistics integration.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
