SAP OCM professionals focus on preparing, supporting, and guiding employees through the transition to new business processes and systems enabled by SAP. Their goal is to maximize user adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure project success by addressing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an SAP OCM consultant?

To thrive as an SAP OCM consultant, you need expertise in change management principles, deep understanding of SAP implementations, and typically a relevant degree in business or IT. Familiarity with SAP modules, project management tools like SAP Solution Manager, and certifications such as Prosci or ACMP are highly beneficial.
