SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst
Job Summary
As an SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst, you'll be the bridge between technology and operations, ensuring our SAP systems support efficient planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management. You'll work across departments to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the business. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, collaborating with teams, and making systems work smarter, this role is for you.
What will you do?
• Support and maintain SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) processes across the organization
• Manage and maintain material master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across SAP and related systems
• Partner with Finance, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Production, Shipping, and Inventory teams to support business needs
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and efficiencies
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide timely solutions for end users
• Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and integrity
• Generate reports and analyze data to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Assist with SAP enhancements, testing, implementations, and system upgrades
• Train and support users on SAP processes, best practices, and new functionality
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards

• 3-5 years experience supporting SAP MM and/or PP modules
