Reporting to the Engineering Director, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes. 

This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production.


This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Support manufacturing teams as needed to ensure product design implementation is successful
  • Work with engineering team to implement design changes/improvements
  • Work with technical service team to address product improvement
  • Support R&D lab and test department work
  • Create and maintain SAP master data
  • Other duties as assigned

        • Internal product support in manufacturing processes.
        • Mechanical or engineering experience required.
        • This will be a very hands on role as product translate from design to manufacturing.
        • SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required.
        • Creo/CAD experience preferred but not required.
        • Experience in Microsoft Office products preferred.
