SAP EAM Technical Lead

Hybrid (In Wilmington, DE - 2 weeks a month travel paid)

Must live in the following states: DE, PA, NJ, VA, MD, TX, IL, OH, VA, NC, GA, FL - candidates outside these states will not be contacted.

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, implementation, and support of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions. This role will drive technical strategy, oversee integrations, mentor team members, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable asset management solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Define technical architecture, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
  • Serve as the technical lead for EAM implementations, enhancements, and production support.
  • Manage asset lifecycle processes, master data governance, maintenance planning, work management, and resource management.
  • Lead integration efforts between SAP EAM and related SAP modules including MM, FI/CO, SCM, and EPPM (PS/PPM).
  • Facilitate technical workshops and communicate solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while ensuring project delivery, quality, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP EAM/PM/CS experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Customer Service (CS).
  • Experience with SAP EPPM, including Project System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and SAP integrations.
  • SAP EAM certification preferred; PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
