What will your role be?
As a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst - SAP QM, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and quality operations through close collaboration with Product Managers, end users, and cross-functional teams. Your focus will be to deliver high-quality, efficient SAP solutions aligned with business needs within the Quality Management (QM) module.

You will support both project-based work and operational activities, ensuring solutions are properly designed, tested, and deployed to drive performance on the manufacturing floor.

Job Description
  • Act as the SAP QM functional specialist supporting manufacturing quality processes
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver SAP QM solutions aligned to business needs
  • Configure and validate SAP QM functionality to support operational requirements
  • Capture, analyze, and document business requirements through BRDs and BRSs, ensuring alignment with delivered solutions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support the full solution lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Facilitate design workshops and review functional documentation to ensure solution integrity
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, backlog grooming, and planning sessions
  • Define and support testing activities, including integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Prepare and execute functional integration tests and support UAT cycles with business stakeholders
  • Manage and validate transport orders and system configuration changes
  • Perform root cause analysis and support resolution of functional issues impacting operations
  • Prepare deployment documentation and deliver training to support successful solution rollout
  • Support business users during go-live and hypercare periods
  • Ensure alignment across concurrent projects and ongoing system enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement within SAP QM-supported processes
  • Ensure compliance with system governance, security, and operational standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong expertise in SAP QM
  • Experience with SAP configuration and transport management
  • Ability to perform functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis
