Kohler is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to provide support for our new 1-million-square-foot manufacturing facility in the industrial corridor of Casa Grande, AZ. This role will be based at our Casa Grande manufacturing facility and requires working onsite.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled trade technicians including Mechanics, Electricians, and Automation Techs. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist with the predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment and facilities infrastructure. You will have working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, compressors, boilers, chillers, water treatment, dust collectors, basic electrical including controls, and safety including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), fall protection, and basic rigging. Experience with robotics and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) is a plus. Leading and coaching skilled trades is essential to the success of this role and your direct reports. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage work queues of direct reports, confirm essential work is completed on time, manage parts ordering, and close work orders are required.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of skilled trades.
  • Assign work orders – predictive, preventive, and reactive.
  • Respond with priority to requested support.
  • Maintain control of backlogs through effective planning and scheduling.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop skilled trades; identify skill gaps and support with training.
  • Analyze critical and recurring repair problems, initiate required action, and provide technical assistance and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and MRO Buyer to order and stock critical repair parts and other maintenance materials within Maintenance Stores.
  • Enforce required safety protocols to support company policies, safety regulations, OSHA, and FM Global.
  • Maintain an organized shop environment, assign 5S duties; cleanliness and good housekeeping are daily and shift‑to‑shift requirements.
  • Support and adhere to assigned budget.
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Associate’s degree in a technical program required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A combination of education, military experience, and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Maintenance Operations roles.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience, specifically supervision of Mechanics, Electricians, Electro‑Mechs, and/or other skilled trades.
  • Experience in maintaining automated manufacturing processes is required.
  • Experience with SAP Maintenance Module is a plus.
