Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Learning lead to design and develop integration solutions for their Learning Management System. The role involves providing technical expertise, leading the integration with various systems, and ensuring successful implementation and functionality.
Responsibilities:
• Experienced SuccessFactors Learning lead
• Responsible for designing, developing, and solutioning to integrate the LMS (Learning Management System) with various systems and platforms.
• Design and develop integration solutions, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Lead the design and development of integration solutions to connect the LMS with other systems and platforms, such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration solutions, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical teams and developers during the implementation process - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions, and work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure successful integration and functionality
