Role: SAP Hybris Architect with Aem exp

Duration: 6-12 Months ( with possible extensions )

Location: Minneapolis, MN

HYBRIS/AEM ARCHITECT:

SAP Hybris ecommerce technical leadership experience

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): WCMS with DAM

Java development technical leadership experience

Mobile: HTML5 dynamic mobile pages, app development knowledge

API integration architecture

Cloud native methodology (micro services, containers)

Agile methodology customer teams (experience with)

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of IT or related experience with B.A. or B.S.; 8+ years of IT experience with M.A. or M.S.

5+ years of experience aligned to a relevant architecture discipline (integrations, data, services, infrastructure)

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

3+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Enterprise-class architecture concepts, definition, and creation

5+ years working with data integration, exchange, and/or warehousing solutions and experience with Enterprise-class data modeling methodologies and tools

3+ years of experience in information architecture or 5+ years of experience as data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or equivalent roles

2+ years of experience with data architecture of cloud-based solutions (e.g., applications (SaaS), platforms (PaaS), and infrastructure (IaaS)) within an Enterprise environment


Qualifications

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optional):

 Advanced degree in Computer Science or business related discipline

 High degree of 'learning agility' with the ability to readily consume and apply new information and concepts with developed analytical problem solving skills

 3+ years of experience working with large enterprise ERP data models

 3+ years of experience in business capability, process, technology, and data modeling

 Knowledge in user experience modeling, information design, and concept generation

 Certifications in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or other service and control frameworks, such as ITIL or COBIT

 Strong business acumen, decision making, and influence skills across all levels of an organization

 Excellent leadership and teamwork skills

 Strong communication skills, including with employees, clients, senior management and vendors

 Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)

 Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients, and vendors

 Demonstrated ability to work in a global, virtual organization

 Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical information into business terms (e.g., ability to explain complex technical solutions and architecture strategies to non-technical resources)

 Technology depth and credibility with technical staff

 Work experience in the Medical Device Industry, or other regulated industry

 Ability to mentor and develop business, architecture, and technical resources

 Able to work independently as well as cooperatively
