Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.
As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • This position may require travel to Project / client locations.
  • This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of SAP HCM functional experience in a support environment.
  • Experience in CATS Integration.
  • Experience in FICO Integration ( Labor Allocation)
  • HCM functional with cross module experience along with CATS.
  • Expertise in US Payroll, Time Evaluation, and master data management.
  • Strong functional knowledge of infotypes, schemas, PCRs and wage type configuration
  • Experience working with business users and technical teams to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
  • Exposure to S4HANA, or strong understanding of the S/4HANA HCM Compatibility Pack.
  • Familiarity with writing functional specifications and working with ABAP for enhancements.
  • Experience with incident/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
