They participate in joint workshops, clarify business processes, and help troubleshoot issues by bridging gaps between end-users and technical staff. Effective communication and documentation skills are essential, as the analyst ensures that the developed solutions align with user needs and SAP best practices. This collaboration is ongoing throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through testing and deployment.
