Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, financial processes, controlling functions, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with finance stakeholders, business teams, and technical architects to drive scalable SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP FICO architecture, solution design, and implementation initiatives.
  • Design and optimize business processes related to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation and migration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, BW, and Treasury modules.
  • Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting sessions.
  • Configure and support financial closing processes, tax integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Support integrations with banking systems, third-party financial applications, and SAP interfaces.
  • Mentor functional consultants and provide technical leadership across projects.
  • Manage testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production deployment support.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3+ years in Architect or Solution Lead role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

    • Asset Accounting
    • Bank Accounting
    • Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
    • Internal Orders
    • Product Costing
    • COPA (Profitability Analysis)

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics.
