Location: Leesburg, VA (Less than 10% Travel Required)

As a Supply Planner in our Supply Chain GQO function within the Spine division, you'll play a key role in developing and executing supply plans that ensure the right products are available at the right time - supporting manufacturing, procurement, and customer demand across our franchise.
What You'll Do:
  • Support the creation of Master Resource Plans based on the latest demand signals to determine finished goods production and purchasing needs, ensuring sufficient raw materials and components are available over a 24-month horizon
  • Develop capacity plans to identify potential bottlenecks, supply risks, and underutilization; recommend mitigation strategies to meet future demand
  • Work under the guidance of the Supply Planning Manager to set appropriate inventory levels (safety stocks) based on demand volatility and lead times
  • Track execution of the supply plan with production scheduling and procurement teams, monitoring performance deviations, mitigating backorders, and proactively communicating supply risks
  • Ensure proper phase-in and phase-out of products within the supply plan and communicate portfolio status to the business
  • Maintain core master data in planning systems to enable focus on real supply issues
  • Support communication between supply planning and demand planning through daily, weekly, and monthly processes to confirm supply capability
  • Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Own key performance indicators including Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Backorder, and Lead Time

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, supply, or demand planning (entry-level graduates may also be considered)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP/planning systems
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across production scheduling, procurement, and customer service teams
  • Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
