Job description

The work

This is a multi-year program to consolidate 4 SAP ECC systems into a single composable ERP platform. The SAP Finance Functional Consultant will migrate existing capabilities from the existing SAP ECC instances into the new consolidated SAP S/4HANA transactional core using industry standard tools such as SNP's Crystalbridge or DMLT. They should have SAP Finance subject matter expertise in General ledger and Special Ledger 95 (FMUSFGA/FMUSFGT).

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
  • Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
  • Develop test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
  • Business process design and system analysis
  • Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
  • Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
  • Experience managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Here's what you need:

  • 5 + years SAP ECC Finance experience
  • Experience with General Ledger and Special Ledger 95 (FMUSFGA/FMUSFGT)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management, Defense & Security and Logistics data
  • Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using industry tools such as SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT
  • Experience in data migration of Special Ledger 95 (FMUSFGA/FMUSFGT) data into ACDOCA
  • Team lead experience
  • Relevant SAP certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Eligibility requirements:

  • US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
