Job description

Job Title: SAP S4 EWM/TM Consultant/ Testing Lead
Location: Irvine, California
Reports To: Site ERP Lead - Dental Division
Employment Type: Contract (Immediate Start - Through July 2026)
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced SAP EWM/TM Consultant to support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA at our Irvine, CA plant as part of a broader global implementation effort. This site is preparing for a go-live in May 2026, and we are looking for a consultant to join the team immediately to lead the transition to S/4 HANA including developing, testing, and training activities before, during, and after deployment. The consultant will report directly to the Site ERP Lead and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate system transition from legacy SAP to S/4HANA, including integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Provide post-go-live support for approximately 2 months to ensure system stability and user adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between the site team and central ERP implementation team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics processes in SAP.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), SAP TM, and SAP ECC.
  • Strong background in logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in system testing coordination and end-user training.
