Position Summary:

The Data Migration Developer supports SAP data integration workflows and transformations, data profiling and cleansing, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving. This role develops and maintains data mappings and transformations, partners with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and participates in quality reviews to help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains data integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations.

  • Ensures seamless integration of data with other systems and applications.

  • Performs data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

  • Optimizes SAP Data Services jobs for improved performance and scalability.

  • Collaborates with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Participates in quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code.

  • Travels on occasion to consult on site (10-15%).

  • Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.

  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years ABAP with emphasis on FI (AR/AP/GL/FM), SMART Forms, and SAP scripts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Nice to Have:

  • 3 years' experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or related SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, LTMC, Syniti)
  • Prior experience supporting federal or public sector ERP/data migration engagements.

Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
