SAP Logistics Functional Consultant

Senior SAP Logistics Functional Consultant with a comprehensive skill set spanning various SAP modules, specifically Logistics, Fleet Management, Inventory Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), MDM Catalogs, SAP SUS, SuccessFactors EC organizational structure, Fuelman integration and other various interfaces. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing independent support across the mentioned modules, focusing on optimizing processes for public sector organization. We are seeking a candidate with a profound understanding of public sector intricacies, coupled with exceptional analytical prowess. Candidate will provide expert consultation and guidance on SAP procurement solutions customized for public sector entities, ensuring meticulous adherence to regulatory frameworks and mandates. Implement and fine-tune SAP Fleet Management solutions, seamlessly integrating them with procurement processes to enhance the management of public sector fleets efficiently. Offer expert support in executing procurement, HCM and SuccessFactors EC configuration changes pertaining to agency mergers and the establishment of new agencies within the SAP systems, including changes to post merger staffing in Employee Central. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Fuelman functionalities within the SAP ecosystems, fostering streamlined management of fleet related activities. Spearhead the integration of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with SucessFactors EC organizational structure, guaranteeing the smooth flow of data and ensuring consistency across systems. Develop and sustain MDM Catalogs to facilitate the effective management of master data across the organization, maintaining data integrity. Configure and uphold SAP SUS (Supplier Self Service) and supplier registration platforms, optimizing procurement processes and fortifying collaboration with suppliers. Provide ongoing support and resolution for SAP module related technical issues, ensuring system performance is optimized to meet organizational demands.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of SAP consulting experience, with a robust focus on SAP Logistics, SAP Fleet Management, SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SAP Supplier Self Service (SUS), SAP MDM and related modules. At least 7 years of dedicated experience within the public sector domain. Profound understanding of the integration between SAP procurement modules and funds management, grants management, inventory management and fleet management systems within the public sector context. Strong comprehension of agency mergers and the establishment of new agencies in SAP. Extensive experience in configuring and tailoring SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SAP Supplier Self Service and SAP MDM to meet intricate business requirements. Thorough comprehension of integration mechanisms between SAP modules and other SAP/third-party systems, particularly SuccessFactos EC, Fuelman and MS Procurement Portal. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with acute attention to detail.
