As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of SAP IBP implementations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. With your extensive experience in Demand Planning, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, leveraging your expertise to enhance our client's supply chain operations.

INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.

  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP IBP.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing SAP IBP projects, especially in Demand Planning.
  • Experience in at least 2-3 successful Demand Planning module implementations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to guide a team of consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP tools and techniques, including Demand Planning modules.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities for complex supply chain challenges.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and SAP IBP innovations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Lead and manage SAP IBP projects, particularly in the Demand Planning domain.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of SAP consultants.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Demand Planning modules.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP IBP projects, meeting client expectations.
