SAP Treasury Consultant - Must be USC on this Job role. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Treasury Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP modules related to cash management, in-house banking, risk management, and financial transactions. This pivotal role helps the organization manage liquidity, mitigate financial risk, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. As an SAP Treasury Management Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing financial operations, managing liquidity, and ensuring adherence to both public sector and enterprise financial regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver integrated treasury solutions that align with organizational objectives.Preferred Qualifications

•     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

•     8+ years of experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

•     Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning

•     Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps for Treasury

•     Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SWIFT, BCM, payment formats)

•     Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial compliance standards

  • Design and implement solutions for financial transactions, market risk analysis, and hedge management
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align SAP functionality with treasury operations
  • Integrate SAP Treasury with external banking systems and financial platforms
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, and local tax laws
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and treasury transformation initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to treasury processes and system performance
  • Work with clients to understand financial and risk management needs and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to improve financial operations and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with procurement, HR/payroll, and budget teams to ensure integrated financial workflows
  • Plan and execute test scenarios for SAP upgrades and configuration changes
  • Provide post-go-live support and incident resolution for Treasury and Risk modules
  • Collaborate with BI teams to produce financial dashboards and reports
  • Document system configurations and changes for audits and future reference
  • Train end-users on SAP Treasury functionalities and best practices
  • Work with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project execution
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for public sector implementations involving Funds Management, Grants Management, and Debt Management (e.g., bonds, leases, COPs)
