The ideal candidate will provide engaging instruction, integrate biblical truth throughout the curriculum, and partner closely with families to support student growth. Salary Range: $46,000-$58,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan options, paid time off, professional development support, and a collaborative, mission-driven work environment.

Responsibilities Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in core subjects.

Create a structured, nurturing classroom environment. Integrate Scripture, prayer, and biblical worldview into daily learning. Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Attend staff meetings, school events, and supervisory duties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required); Master's preferred. State certification or ability to obtain licensure.

3+ years teaching experience preferred. Strong classroom management, communication, and technology skills. Clear calling to Christian education and agreement with SYVCA's mission and Statement of Faith.
