Job description

KaiserAir Santa Rosa is advertising immediate openings for a part-time and a full-time Customer Service Representative.

Under supervision of the General Manager and Customer Service Manager, the part-time CSR will be scheduled as required (up to 24 hours per week) and be responsible for customer service functions conducted at KaiserAirโ€™s facility at the Santa Rosa Jet Center located within the Charles M. Schultz Airport.ย  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Demonstrating principles of customer service while interacting with customers and visitors; acting as company spokesperson clearly explaining the companyโ€™s policies as well as providing details on pricing and services available; collecting, processing and disseminating relevant information pertaining to aircraft arrivals and departures; collecting, processing and disseminating aircraft servicing requests with line service personnel and pilots.


Job Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Work experience in aviation strongly preferred
  • Strong computer/keyboarding skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, Saturdays & Sundays
  • Strong work ethic with team-oriented attitude
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass security background check (fingerprint check)
