Warehouse Sanitation Worker

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse and facility. This role supports plant operations by performing cleaning and sanitation duties, operating sanitation equipment, and helping ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

  • Clean floors and work areas throughout multiple warehouse departments

  • Assist with plant-wide sanitation projects and preventive cleaning programs
  • Clean outside building perimeters and surrounding work areas as needed
  • Wash and sanitize surfaces and equipment using approved cleaning chemicals and tools
  • Operate a baler and other sanitation-related equipment as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Physical Capabilities: Must be able to perform very heavy physical work. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, and industrial equipment. Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and safety standards.
