$29-$34/hr | Full-Time | Leadership Role
This isn't a behind-the-desk quality job.
You're on the floor, in the work, and leading the team that makes sure what we build is right before it ever leaves the shop. You're the point person for inspection, documentation, and keeping quality standards tight across everything we do.
If you're someone who can lead people, stay organized under pressure, and hold the line on quality without slowing down production you'll fit here.
What You'll Do
You'll lead the inspection team and keep quality moving across multiple projects and priorities.
  • Lead, train, and support inspectors across manufacturing
  • Make sure documentation is accurate, complete, and meets required standards (ASME, BPE, cGMP, and customer specs)
  • Keep inspection tools, gauges, and calibration systems on track
  • Step into root cause analysis and corrective actions figure out what went wrong and make sure it gets fixed the right way
  • Support welding program compliance and quality standards
  • Partner with production and customers during FAT and key quality checkpoints
  • Manage workflows, priorities, and team productivity without losing attention to detail

  • Coach, mentor, and develop inspectors on your team
  • Set expectations and hold the team accountable to them
  • Handle performance conversations, reviews, and day-to-day support
  • Keep the team working together and step in when issues come up

  • Maintain and improve quality procedures and documentation
  • Identify gaps in processes and fix them
  • Support new processes and make sure they work on the floor
  • Help ensure consistency across builds, projects, and teams

What You Bring
  • Experience in manufacturing inspection (process piping strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of ASME Section IX and welding standards
  • Background in job-shop or custom manufacturing environments
  • Strong attention to detail with documentation and process control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools

Education/Training:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Associate Degree, preferred.
  • ASNT Level II, preferred

Experience:
  • Sanitary Process Piping experience
  • 2 + years of job-shop manufacturing experience
  • 2 + years of experience inspecting process piping and components Process Control Procedures
  • Document Control experience
  • Microsoft Software (proficient)
  • Knowledge of ASME Section IX welding qualification
  • Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • You'll be on your feet, moving between projects and teams
  • Regular bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs. with assistance), kneeling, and working around equipment
  • Exposure to welding and fabrication environments
  • PPE required (gloves, safety glasses, steel toe boots, etc.)
