• Consult with patients to identify and understand their mental health concerns through initial assessments and ongoing discussions.
• Provide tailored counseling sessions aimed at guiding individuals towards resolving their personal issues, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in counseling methodologies to deliver the highest standard of care possible.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to refer patients to additional services as needed, ensuring comprehensive support.
• Maintain a friendly and engaging atmosphere during counseling sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication and trust.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each presenting unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population primarily consists of adults, but you may also encounter adolescents and families. Your role will be vital in helping these individuals navigate their struggles, equipping them with the skills and strategies to foster resilience and personal growth.

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
• Strong communication skills to effectively facilitate rapport with clients and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Ability to adapt therapies to the individual needs of patients, creating personalized treatment plans.
