Automotive Reconditioning Specialist

Reports to: Territory Manager

Car Shield Reconditioning is a full-service automotive reconditioning company. We have an exceptional reputation in the Greater Tampa Bay area, which has led to several beautiful partnerships with some of the largest local Automotive Groups. We are poised for growth and would love to discuss how you can fit into our family.

Recondition vehicles according to company and client specifications. This may include:

  • Detail inspections
  • Exterior: Wet sanding, buffing, and waxing
  • Interior: sanding, spraying, painting, and deodorizing
  • Keeping organized records related to the condition of the vehicle
  • Keeping a clean and organized workplace
  • Communicate clearly with fellow staff members and Detail Manager
  • Leather repair
  • Vinyl repair
  • Blackout trim
  • Minor scratch repair on exterior of cars
  • Repair plastic trim and steering wheel
  • Headlight restoration

Compensation and Benefits: 52k - 80k salary range based on experience.
