Job Description:

Behavioral Health clinical supervisorย work asย registered nursesย to care for and support patients receiving treatment for mental health disorders. Behavioral Health nursesย evaluate the needs of their patients, and they administer treatments and engage in therapeutic interactions.ย 

We are looking for a passionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.



Responsibilities:

  • Evaluatingย mental healthย needs of patients.
  • Developing treatment plans.
  • Providing personal care.
  • Participate in de-escalation and crisis intervention.
  • Coordinating with families, doctors, and other health professionals.
  • Administering medications.
  • Observing and recording patient behavior.
  • Performing physical exams and diagnostic tests.
  • Collecting patient health histories.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice required.ย 
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.ย 
  • 3 year of recent experience in acute care hospital setting strongly required
  • NURSING LEADERSHIP REQUIRED
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
  • De-Escalation Certification required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย 
  • English required, bilingual preferred.
