  • Support RFP and RFI responses as a technical member of the bid team.
  • Deliver in-depth product demonstrations, clearly communicating Uniguest capabilities, value, and technical differentiators to prospective customers.
  • Support ad hoc UX/UI projects for existing customers.
  • Assist with the training and certification of channel and reseller partners.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the functionality and technical architecture of the Uniguest product portfolio.
  • Stay current on digital signage, IPTV, AV, hospitality, and broader technology trends, and effectively communicate how Uniguest uses modern technology to differentiate its solutions in the market.

Experience & Skills

  • Visual design skills to create graphics/menus to match end-client expectations.
  • Command of the core concepts of HTTP, authentication-mechanisms, formal data structures.
  • Experience working with UI/UX implementation in HTML/CSS or other is a plus.
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive, service-oriented approach

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant role.

  • A background in working with web API integrations.
  • Prior experience/knowledge of one or more of the big cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Travel 40%
