- Manage inbound leads from our Request-a-Quote page through proposal and close

- Build and ship custom sample kits to top prospects

- Run in-person presentations and product demos with prospective accounts

- Partner with operations on custom branding, logo placement, and fulfillment for closed deals

- Commission accelerator above quota

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate gifting, promotional products, luxury leather goods, luggage, or premium accessories

- Strong outbound prospecting habits — you don't wait for leads

- Comfort building proposals and presenting in-person

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

- Willing to be in-office daily in Hallandale Beach and travel locally for client meetings

- Strong written and verbal English; Spanish is a plus given the South Florida market Bonus Points For

- Experience selling to South Florida companies (financial services, real estate, hospitality, healthcare)

- Past employer in our space: Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Samsonite, Tory Burch, Coach (corporate), Targus, Solo NY, Knomo, Bellroy, Cole Haan, Shinola, Montblanc

- Familiarity with PPAI / ASI / SAGE platforms

- Experience at a corporate gifting platform (Sendoso, Snappy, Goody, &Open, Reachdesk, Postal)

Benefits

At EZRI you'll join a small, founder-led team where your impact is visible every day. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on every closed deal, and a commission accelerator that rewards you for exceeding quota. Generous employee discount on all EZRI products — wear our backpacks daily as part of the role. We cover business mileage for local client visits, provide a company laptop and phone, and pick up the tab on customer-facing meals and entertainment. Our Hallandale Beach office offers free on-site parking and an easy commute from anywhere in Broward or northern Miami-Dade. You'll work directly with the founding team — no layers of management — and have real influence on product positioning, pricing strategy, and the future direction of our corporate gifting program. As we grow, the right rep will have a clear path into a sales leadership role.
