Job description

As the Photo Sample Coordinator, you will support all tasks related to managing photo samples through the photography process.  

  • Responsible for prioritizing samples to ensure photography meets all deadlines.
  • Stock transfer, label, and house additional samples as necessary to maintain appropriate sample inventory levels. 
  • Plan and coordinate the liquidation of samples seasonally from the Sample Room and prepare for upcoming season's samples.
  • Prepare samples and supplies and send to shoots, ensuring deliveries meet all deadlines.
  • Receive and manage photo samples for all aspects of photography and corporate sample borrowing needs.
  • Maintain physical sample inventory through Workhorse and RAMIDS systems, ensuring checked out samples are returned in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for the accurate sample data capture for all shots. 
  • Proficient on PC and systems such as Microsoft Office, One Drive, PLMm Workfront, CICS, BO and Workhorse
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with cross functional partners.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and multi-task under direction of manager.
  • Solid follow up skills to ensure high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to be flexible and embrace change in a positive manner.
  • Frequent reaching below/at shoulder level, lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience in an office environment, a plus.
