POSITION OVERVIEW

The Licensor Sample Coordinator supports the Brand Management team by coordinating product samples, managing licensor approvals, and partnering with Design, Product Development, Sales, Sourcing, and Licensing teams. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Brand Management team with sample submissions and licensor approvals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve artwork, copyright, trim, and PD issues.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external partner inquiries in a timely manner.

• Support over 110 active licenses and 580+ licensed properties.

• Photograph products for licensor portals and provide testing, trim, and shipment tracking information.

• Cross-train across multiple licenses to support balanced team workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office, retail, or related role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Adobe experience is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Experience supporting licensed consumer products or brand management is preferred.

• Adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning.

EDUCATION

Associate's degree preferred.
