We are looking for someone to fill the position of Sampling & Fulfillment Supervisor at our Dallas location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sample Fulfillment Team.
  • On-Time Project Completion.
  • Meeting fulfillment cycle time KPIs.
  • Quality Assurance.
  • Worker Safety and Adherence to Company Policies.
  • Replenishment of all supplies needed to maintain Fulfillment stock.
  • Receiving and Storing of all Sample Products from our Mexico facility.
  • Seasonal Distribution to all Showrooms and Sales Representatives for new product lines.
  • Bi-Weekly Analysis of all trim products, place PO’s for reorders.
  • Develop efficient and timely communication with the Sampling Production Department located within our fabric Mill in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and with other internal departments such as Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, Sales Force and Shipping.
  • Determine the most effective use of the existing ERP (Navision) in order to complete departmental goals and contain costs. Oversee daily adjustment to Sampling inventory.
  • Develop, track and report on Departmental Metrics which demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a position of departmental leadership (ideally in a Pick Pack operation)
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Solid Computer Skills including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Strongly preferred
  • College Degree (BA/BS) Preferred
