Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Sourcing efforts through pricing coordination, sample management, and specification gathering
- Engage in proactive and reactive product sourcing, supplier outreach, and portfolio development efforts
- Support commercial coordinating supplier opportunities, customer requests, and internal follow-through
- Maintain continuity across dashboards, workflow trackers, supplier files, and departmental management tools
- Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across departmental processes, documentation, and workflow management
- Facilitate organization and maintenance of supplier materials, product information, portfolio records, samples, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate supplier communication, follow-up activities, and cross-functional visibility across active initiatives
