Job Description: The role of a Sample Coordinator involves overseeing the lifecycle of product samples from inventory management to distribution, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Below is an outline of key responsibilities based on your description:
Inventory Management
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate sample stock.
  • Replenish stock by placing orders when inventory reaches minimum thresholds.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and replace damaged or expired samples.
  • Maintain the Product Library to ensure an organized, tidy, and secure environment.
Sample Distribution
  • Manage and track all incoming and outgoing product sample orders.
  • Distribute samples promptly and ensure accurate delivery to customers.
  • Prepare and pack samples with proper labeling and protection.
  • Use cost-effective shipping methods and analyze shipment costs.
Customer Interaction
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and customers about sample requests.
  • Ensure customers receive the right samples at the right time.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of sample usage, distribution, and inventory.
  • Generate reports on sample management activities.
