What You'll Do:
The Sample Login Technician is responsible for verifying and logging samples into the laboratory's LMS system and distributing them to the proper areas of the lab. Verifying sample and chain of custody forms match with sample and that the samples have been properly preserved per EPA protocols are a large part of this role. In additional they will be responsible for interacting with clients and providing customer service when necessary.
  • Evaluate samples received to ensure compliance with EPA protocols if applicable
  • Oversee samples receipt, logging into the internal tracking system, labelling, and distribution
  • Coordinate with project managers to assign correct analyses to samples
  • Assist clients who deliver samples directly to the laboratory
  • Communicate with remote clients regarding specific needs

What You'll Bring:

  • Understanding or prior experience in a laboratory role preferred
