Salad and Go's growth plans require district managers to build teams upon teams with a bench of players who are ready to GO! You will be constantly hiring, training and developing people who you can proudly promote to open new stores and backfill against our incredible internal promotion rates. Your ability to identify potential in people, accurately assess readiness and tirelessly coach excellence is of utmost importance and something you must not only be passionate about but really good at.

We hire leaders who have breadth in experiences, depth in operations and who will be bold with what they will bring to Salad and Go.

Responsibilities of the District Manager:

  • A constant presence in stores with a tireless pursuit of perfection in operations across a portfolio of up to 12 stores.

  • Loves, eats and constantly samples our food while in stores ensuring we are only serving high quality, freshly prepared food.

  • Coaches up against all key performance measures - including people development, food quality, speed, labor, and ultimately the Best Guest Experience.

  • Takes full accountability for the culture in the store, coaching with compassion and celebrating wins.

  • Has working knowledge of how our in-store equipment works with the ability to set up, clean and troubleshoot issues.

  • Builds relationships across departments using all available resources to support store operations.

  • Identifies problems while empowering teams to find solutions and solve problems quickly.

  • Has a demonstrated 5+ year track record leading teams as a multi-unit leader with experience working in a variety of store types.

  • A master in drive-thru operations preferred.

  • Knowledgeable of business metrics, and market trends.
