Job description

Position Summary: Responsibilities involve organizing and cataloging new samples.
Position responsibilities:
  • Proofread sample identifying information for accuracy
  • Work with Design to verify quality and additional product specifications
  • Managing daily workflow and projects independently, while providing general support to Design team for daily tasks
  • Ship packages and samples daily both domestically and internationally
  • Organize and prep the show line for customer showings
  • Maintain Design department archive samples
  • Receive production cuts, maintain and organize fabric shelves each season
  • Work with Design team to assemble samples, and tag samples to ship to customers
  • Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective samples.
  • Coordinate all window sampling
  • Assemble contract binders as needed
  • Update Customer Sample Management program in Monday.com
  • Other duties assign by leadership

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Capable of following up with diligence, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and multi-tasking.
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • AS400
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
