Job description

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sample Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will
possess strong communication, time management, and delegation skills, with a focus on efficiency and
collaboration. This individual will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the flow of samples, ensuring
accurate inventory, and supporting various teams within the company.
Role Responsibilities
  • Must have strong communication, time management and delegation skills.
  • Fulfill sample request in a timely and efficient manner to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Must display an ability to multi-task and handle shifts in priority and focus.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to collaborate and help where needed.
  • Receive, tag, and assort inbound samples.
  • Manage and maintain stock supplies related to samples - hangers, tags, tag printers, etc.
  • Always be willing to assist in other areas of the business with a hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Support with distribution of 15 samples sets across 4 divisions to achieve 100% sample position for each
    monthly and quarterly delivery.
  • Daily stockroom walks maintain organization and stockroom cleanliness.
  • Support all internal teams with sample needs, ensuring clear communication of sample availability, and
    coordination of all shipments between Showrooms and offices.

Role Qualifications
  • Strong communication, time management, and delegation skills.
  • Effective use of tools including UPS Campus Ship, Excel, Gmail, Word, BlueCherry (B2B), Slack and Tradestone.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Experience maintaining inventory or sample-related tasks is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Physical Requirements:
    Ability to stand, walk, and move around the stockroom for extended periods.
    Lift, push, and pull over 70 lbs. as necessary when handling sample inventory.
