Job description

DESCRIPTION
Guest Relations Coordinators are detail-oriented and servant-hearted team members in a role that requires both behind the scenes and guest-facing responsibilities. Guest Relations Coordinators have many responsibilities related to reservations for camps, events, and retreats. Guest Relations Coordinators juggle various administrative and customer-service-oriented tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, making reservations, and working with groups on their retreat details as well as assisting camper & event families with registrations and questions. Guest Relations Coordinators are an integral part of the ministry with a high responsibility in customer relations and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
