Job description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Flagstaff, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pay: $75/hour | No weekends or overtime

Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents/patients with speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive challenges. This role involves providing therapy, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, rehab staff, and nursing teams. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

  • Active Arizona SLP license

  • TB test (2nd Step or QuantiFERON Gold)

  • CPR/BLS Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and create individualized therapy plans

  • Provide direct therapy and monitor progress

  • Educate residents/patients and families on therapy techniques

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
