What You'll Do

  • Patrol hotel grounds to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members

  • Monitor surveillance systems and access points to proactivelyidentifyand address potential concerns

  • Enforce hotel policies whilemaintainingprofessionalism, discretion, and guest comfort

  • Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and guest requests with calm, sound judgment

  • Document accidents, safety hazards, and security-related incidents accurately and thoroughly

  • Deliver excellent customer service byassistingguests and supporting hotel operations as needed

  • Investigate suspicious activity and prevent unauthorized access to hotel property

  • Work collaboratively with local authorities and internal teams on security-related matters

  • Conduct routine security checks andmaintaindetailed records and reports

Qualifications

  • Prior security experience preferred, ideally within a hospitality or service-oriented environment

  • Demonstrated knowledge of incident response, safety procedures, and security protocols

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to completeaccuratereports

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Training or experience in de-escalation, self-defense, or restraint techniques is preferred

  • Consistentlymaintainsa professional appearance, ethical conduct, and sound judgment
