Staying organized and maintaining up-to-date records are crucial, as is developing a deep understanding of licensing agreements. Proactive communication with IT, procurement, and legal teams helps to mitigate compliance risks and optimize software usage, while ongoing training ensures you stay current with evolving technologies and regulations.
