Location: South Bay Los Angeles, CA

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Community Liaison to drive business development and strengthen referral partnerships throughout the South Bay Los Angeles market. This role is responsible for generating new client referrals by building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, and other community partners.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage referral relationships throughout the assigned territory
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with referral sources and community partners
  • Represent Salus Homecare at networking events and industry meetings
  • Educate referral partners on our services and coordinate a seamless referral process
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet established growth goals
  • Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Track sales activity using CRM software
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or related business development experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
