Position Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you'll deliver Culligan water treatment products and/or salt bags to residential and commercial customers while providing friendly, reliable service. You'll be the face of McCardel Culligan, building lasting customer relationships, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring every delivery is completed accurately and professionally.
This is an active position that's ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Culligan water treatment products safely and on schedule to residential and commercial customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and accurately complete delivery documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and professionally address questions or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.
  • Communicate with your supervisor and office team at the end of each route to review the day's deliveries and customer feedback.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and driving regulations.
  • Warehouse help

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable using a mobile device to manage deliveries, invoices, and payments.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and customer focused.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
