Sport Clips of Poplar Bluff is seeking a confident and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our salon team.
This position is designed for an experienced stylist who wants more responsibility, stronger earning potential, and a clear path toward future management opportunities. You will continue working with clients while also helping guide the team, support salon operations, and create a workplace where stylists can perform at their best.
The Poplar Bluff salon is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, an accomplished multi-unit salon operator with extensive experience building successful salons and developing team members into strong leaders.
Your Role on the Leadership Team
In this position, you will partner with the Store Manager to:

  • Provide coaching and real-time support to stylists
