We are seeking a professional, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join ourteam. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and attentive to detail, with a strong commitment toproviding an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and supports daily spa operationsthrough appointment scheduling, guest communication, payment processing, retail sales, andadministrative assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments using the spa booking system.
  • Educate guests about spa services, packages, enhancements, promotions, and policies.
  • Recommend appropriate services and assist guests in selecting treatments based on their needs.
  • Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Process payments, gift cards, gratuities, discounts, and other transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, appointment notes, and contact information.
  • Communicate appointment changes, special requests, and guest concerns to service providers andspa leadership.
  • Support retail sales by assisting guests with product selection and maintaining product knowledge.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception and retail area.
  • Monitor appointment availability and assist with maximizing the daily schedule.
  • Confirm that required consultation forms, waivers, and guest information are completed.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to spa leadership when appropriate.
  • Assist with inventory counts, retail displays, administrative tasks, and promotional activities.
  • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, cash-handling procedures, and guest-service standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and spa events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous reception, hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced guest-service environment.
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, email, and basic office technology.
  • Ability to handle payments and confidential guest information accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of spa services or retail products are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
