Salon Manager
We are looking for experienced stylists and barber to join our growing team
Great Hourly Pay plus Bonuses!!
Job duties include:

  • Welcoming guests and identifying their needs through thoughtful consultation and targeted questions.
  • Recommending hairstyles, haircuts, and grooming services based on each guest's face shape, lifestyle, and preferences
  • Washing, rinsing, and drying guests' hair using the appropriate shampoos, conditioners, and treatments.
  • Styling guests' hair using professional products while educating them on product benefits and proper at-home use.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of fade techniques, scissor cutting, and modern men's haircut trends.
  • Performing manicures and pedicures according to Tune Up service standards (training provided).
  • Ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service and a consistent Tune Up experience.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
  • Assisting with retail product recommendations to help guests maintain their style between visits.
  • Leading by example in professionalism, punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to Tune Up standards.
  • Supporting staff through coaching, training, and maintaining a positive, guest-focused culture.
  • Overseeing daily salon operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and service quality.
