As a Sales Analyst on the Employee Benefits team, you will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing/growing business through your blend of relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills.
In addition to RFP management, your ability to build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships will be vital as you collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved. The Sales Analyst will demonstrate core company values and brand in all interactions: professional negotiation, responsive communication, daily check-ins, scheduled meetings, etc.

  • Evaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groups
  • Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
  • Analyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy
  • Administer re-quotes and corrections
  • Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline

The Skills & Background You'll Need
  • Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Group Employee Benefits Products, underwriting guidelines, Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Certifications/Licensures: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office's assigned territory will be required.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$66,000 - $111,750 + Incentive Compensation Plan
