POSITION SUMMARY 

The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and execution of customer training programs delivered through Stiles University. This role owns the day-to-day training operations process, including course scheduling, enrollment administration, customer communications, training records management, program logistics, and related business processes. 

The Customer Training Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for customers, instructors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders while ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently and provide a positive customer experience. The role also maintains training data and documentation within Salesforce and other business systems and contributes to the overall success of Stiles University programs.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Administer and coordinate customer training programs, including course scheduling, enrollment management, training records, and program logistics.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, instructors, sales teams, and other stakeholders regarding training programs and services.
  • Ensure training programs are delivered in a professional and customer-focused manner by coordinating classroom setup, training materials, hospitality, and onsite logistics
  • Maintain training-related data, records, documentation, and reporting within Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Support invoicing, compliance documentation, and other administrative processes associated with customer training operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in administration, customer service, training coordination, operations, or a related field.
  •  Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other preferred business software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
