Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Technical Product Owner to drive the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into well-defined product backlogs while ensuring alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities, enterprise integrations, and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce knowledge, technical acumen, and experience managing complex enterprise product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, and Salesforce customization.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile product backlogs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development or product management tools.
  • Experience in Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Document Management Systems, or enterprise content management platforms.
  • Experience managing distributed Agile teams and offshore delivery models.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce data migration initiatives.
