Job description

Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a key architect and developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions that power our sales and revenue operations. You will work at the intersection of CRM strategy and technical delivery, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive efficiency through smart automation, seamless integrations, and scalable custom development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a certified Salesforce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep hands-on experience with both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers to meet complex business requirements, while also administering and maintaining the Salesforce org to ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
  • Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts and Campaigns.
  • Design and implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms including Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce-HubSpot bi-directional data sync to ensure consistent customer and pipeline data across systems.
  • Integrate Salesloft with Salesforce for seamless activity capture, sequence management, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, validation, and testing of Salesforce metadata across sandbox and production environments.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering teams to understand evolving needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to surface pain points, align on priorities, and drive consensus on solution approach.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and produce solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
  • Ensure data governance, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and compliance best practices are followed.
  • Create and maintain thorough technical documentation including solution designs, API contracts, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning as part of an Agile delivery team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience in enterprise environments.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification - required.
  • Deep expertise in APEX (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integration, including data sync, lifecycle stage mapping, and field-level configuration.
  • Practical experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce for sales engagement tracking and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with Bitbucket and Git-based version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation and Benefits 

The compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $185,000 annually.
